  • 5 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 lb chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • 2 ears fresh corn

  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 5 cups jack cheese, grated
  • 6 flour tortillas
